Shipping Charges
- Within Surat: All shipments within Rajasthan are free of charge.
- Outside Surat: Shipments outside Rajasthan will incur delivery charges as applicable, depending on the destination and the weight of the package.
Shipping Process
- Courier Partners: We ship all goods using reputed courier services, including India Post, FedEx, Bluedart, DTDC, Shree Maruti, First Flight, and Speed Post for remote locations.
- Order Processing Time: We require up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. However, 90% of the orders are shipped within 24 hours.
- Transit Time: After shipping, delivery usually takes between 1-3 days depending on the location. For bulk products, which cannot be shipped by air, transit time is typically 1-6 days as they will be sent by surface transportation.
- Delivery Timeline: Our standard delivery timeline ranges from 3 to 15 days, depending on the location and the type of product ordered.
Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD Availability: COD orders are available only for certain locations. If your location is not covered under our COD service area, we will contact you to discuss alternative payment options.
Delivery Information
- Carrier Selection: Our warehouse system selects the most efficient carrier for your delivery based on factors like the merchandise ordered and the delivery address.
- Order Tracking: All orders can be tracked while in transit. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and shipping information.
