Shipping Policy for Heenaheven

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within India. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you are located outside of our shipping area, please contact us to discuss potential shipping options.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will also be provided at checkout, and the time may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Heenaheven is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Damages
Heenaheven is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
8. Missing or Lost Packages
If you suspect that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate the issue. Heenaheven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist in resolving the issue to the best of our ability.
9. International Shipping
