Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation requests received later than 15 business days before the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellations for the following service period.
Refund Policy

- Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. In the case of payments made through a payment gateway, refunds will be made to the same account used for the transaction.
